As it was said, “Innocence of the law excuses no one”. This is why we need to be well-oriented of the things which is much related to our chosen profession. These things will help us to make a sound decision to avoid undesirable outcomes.

The government might have realized that necessary steps must be taken in order to improve the education system in the country, leading them to make and consider some changes to keep up with other countries.

legal basis is needed to guarantee the permanence, continuity, universality and compulsoriness of civil registration systems. It is imperative to know the legal bases of the education system. A knowledge of the legal system gives a solid foundation from which an individual can start to understand and appreciate how the policies/laws were applied to school settings.

Education is essential in everyone, but not all has the opportunity to finish and earn their diploma. For us Filipino, knowledge is acquired through education. Although they generally agree that education can be obtained inside and outside school, they believe that the primary sources of knowledge are the schools. Thus, building a strong foundation when it comes to education the government always there to set a law to make it effective for everyone.
