The government might have realized that necessary steps must be taken in order to improve the education system in the country, leading them to make and consider some changes to keep up with other countries.
A legal basis is needed to guarantee the permanence, continuity, universality and compulsoriness of civil registration systems. It is imperative to know the legal bases of the education system. A knowledge of the legal system gives a solid foundation from which an individual can start to understand and appreciate how the policies/laws were applied to school settings.
Education is essential in everyone, but not all
has the opportunity to finish and earn their diploma. For us Filipino, knowledge is acquired through
education. Although they generally agree that education can be obtained inside
and outside school, they believe that the primary sources of knowledge are the
schools. Thus, building a strong foundation when it comes to education the
government always there to set a law to make it effective for everyone.

Indeed we need legal basis because without it, there would be chaos all around us.

ReplyDeleteAs teachers it is our duty to practice what we preach...and we cannot do that unless we are knowledgeable of the laws that govern our duties and responsibilities. Therefore it is a must that we know the legal bases of the Philippine Education System. Thank you sir for sharing!
